Wondering why your order is taking longer than usual to be paid out? Our operations may be paused due to official U.S. federal holidays. Below is a list of holidays of when our operations are paused.

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Third Monday in January)

  • Presidents’ Day (Third Monday in February)

  • Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)

  • Juneteenth National Independence Day (June 19)

  • Independence Day (July 4)

  • Labor Day (First Monday in September)

  • Columbus Day (Second Monday in October)

  • Veterans Day (November 11)

  • Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)

  • Christmas Day (December 25)

Payouts may experience slight delays on or around federal holidays, as most banks and financial institutions are closed during these times.

For information on FedEx’s operating schedule during federal holidays, please refer to their official holiday service page: FedEx Holiday Schedule.

Please keep in mind that each FedEx location has their own cutoff time on when they ship out express shipments. If shipped after the cutoff time, it will be sent the next business day. To learn about when is the cutoff time, please call your designated FedEx location.
