You may deactivate an active ask at any time before it has been accepted by a buyer. Once a buyer accepts your ask, the sale is considered final and you are obligated to fulfill the transaction in accordance with our terms.
This policy helps keep the marketplace fair and transparent and ensures buyer trust, so that you can continue selling your items with confidence.
We recommend regularly reviewing your active asks to make sure they reflect your current intentions and availability.
To deactivate an ask, navigate to your Dashboard and select the Listings tab. Locate the ask you wish to update, then click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to it. From there, you can toggle the ask's active status.
