Can I buy or sell an item that isn't listed on Pure?

Pure's marketplace runs off a pre-defined catalog. You buy or sell by finding the item that already exists there, so "not listed" means the item simply isn't in the catalog yet. If you can't find what you're looking for, you can suggest it for the marketplace. Once Pure adds your suggestion, you can buy or sell it the same way you would any other listing. The path is the same whether you want to buy or sell. Pure is a US-only marketplace for rare coins and precious metals.

The suggest-a-product page has a section called "Looking for something we don't have?" Use it to tell us what you'd like to see in the marketplace.

1. Go to collectpure.com/suggest-product.

2. Find the section "Looking for something we don't have?"

3. Enter your email and the product you'd like added.

4. Submit it.

That's the whole submission.

After you submit, our team reviews your suggestion. We'll let you know when it's approved and ready in the marketplace. From there, it's a normal listing that anyone can buy or sell.

Once the item exists in the marketplace, buying works like any other Pure listing:

1. Open the listing from the marketplace.

2. To buy right away, use "Accept Lowest Ask" to take the lowest price a seller is asking.

3. To name your own price instead, place a buy order (a bid) at the price you want and wait for a seller to match it.

Once the item exists in the marketplace, selling works like any other Pure listing:

1. Open the listing from the marketplace.

2. To set your own price, place an ask at the price you want and wait for a buyer.

3. To sell right away, accept an existing bid from a buyer.
