Can I get an extension on shipping?

We ask Sellers to ship their items within three business days and to have the order be delivered before the weekend as we do not accept packages on the weekends.

In the instance where a shipping extension is needed, Sellers can open a ticket on our website or send us an email over at [email protected] for an extension. An agent will look over the order and give you a new date on when to ship it by.
