Pure works a little differently from a coin shop or dealer, so this page walks you through it, from sign-up to your first order.

Pure is a peer-to-peer marketplace in the US for precious metals and rare coins. You can buy at a price that's already listed or offer your own, and every price is visible before you commit. Pure checks every item before it ships, and one account lets you both buy and sell.
How do I create an account?
Sign up with your email, then complete onboarding by verifying your account with identifying documents. Both buyers and sellers complete this verification before trading. Pure operates in the United States only.
If the text message code does not arrive or the phone number on your account is wrong, contact customer support through the chat button in the bottom-right corner of any page on collectpure.com. The support team will send you a link to update your phone number.
How do I set up payment?
To buy: bank wire and ACH are accepted for all orders. Cards are accepted on Pure Priority orders and carry a 2.9% surcharge.
Shipping is $25 on orders under $10,000 and free on orders of $10,000 or more.
To sell: payouts are sent by ACH or check, with wire available for high-value sales.
How do I place my first order?
Before your first order
You pay after a match, not when you bid. A matched bid is a confirmed purchase.
Buyers pay no marketplace fee, just the item price and shipping.
An item's price is the live metal price (spot) plus a premium.
Standard orders ship to Pure first to be checked. Pure Priority items are already checked and ship Express in 2 to 3 days.
What happens after I place an order?
On a standard order, the item goes to Pure before it goes to the buyer:
The seller ships it to Pure on a prepaid, insured label, which takes 1 to 3 business days.
Pure checks the package in, and a person opens it on camera and matches it to the listing.
Pure verifies the item, which takes about 24 hours. An item that passes is Pure Qualified.
The item ships to the buyer, insured and tracked.
The seller's payout is released automatically, about 3 business days after check-in.
If an item does not pass verification, it is not sent to the buyer. Pure notifies both sides and the buyer is refunded.
Pure Priority items are verified and stored before they are listed, so they skip the wait and ship Express 2 to 3 days after payment is confirmed.
