Collect Pure is a marketplace for high-value precious metals and rare coins, so both buyers and sellers verify their identity before they transact. Verifying everyone keeps the marketplace trustworthy on both sides: buyers know who they are dealing with, sellers know real accounts are paying them, and it keeps Collect Pure compliant with the regulations that apply to a business like ours. You only do this once.
What you will need
Have these ready before you start:
- A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport)
- A quick liveness check (a real-time selfie so we can match you to your ID)
- Your Social Security number
- Your date of birth
- Your bank account details
How long it takes
Most people finish verification in about 15 minutes. It is a one-time step, so you will not be asked to do it again. There is no minimum amount required to start buying, so as soon as you are verified you can place your first order at any size.
If your verification does not go through
If something does not clear, you will get a notification with next steps, and our support team will help you finish. You do not have to figure it out on your own.
The two things that hold people up most often are easy to avoid:
- A blurry or hard-to-read ID. Take the photo in good light, lay the document flat, and make sure the whole ID is in frame with no glare.
- A bank account that is not accepted. Double-check that your bank details are entered correctly and that the account is in your name.
