Who can combine sell orders
Silver Tier and above can combine open sell orders right from the dashboard. Not at Silver Tier yet? Message our Customer Support team with the order numbers you want combined and we'll set it up for you.
How to combine orders from your dashboard
Sign in to your Collect Pure dashboard and open your Sell Orders.
Select the open orders you want to ship together.
Choose the combine option and follow the prompts to generate one shipping label for the whole shipment.
Pack everything from those orders into one box and ship it with the new combined label.
One note on labels: once orders are combined, use only the new combined label. The labels from the original individual orders no longer apply.
Orders can only be combined once
Each sell order can be combined one time. So if you plan to place three sell orders and ship them all together, place all three first, then combine. Once an order has been part of a combined shipment, it can't be added to another one later.
The same applies when Customer Support combines orders for you. If you still have more orders coming, let the team know, or wait until you've placed the last one before asking us to combine.
Before you ship
Please don't pack multiple sell orders into one box under one of the original labels without combining first. Combining, whether through your dashboard or with Customer Support's help, is what links every order to the shipment so the correct shipping and insurance information is applied.
