If an item you bought fails verification at Pure, you are protected. Pure first tries to match your order with another seller for the same item at your original price, and if it cannot, you receive a full refund. You never pay more because an item failed verification.
As a buyer, what happens to my order if an item fails verification?
Pure holds every item to strict authenticity standards. If an item does not meet those standards and fails verification at our Los Angeles facility, Pure works to connect you with a new seller for the same item. Because the new seller then has to package and ship the item to Pure for verification, you may see a small increase in wait time. Your price does not change.
I am not interested in being matched with a new seller. Can I cancel my order?
When an item fails verification, Pure first tries to complete your order by matching you with another seller, and generally does not allow you to cancel for that reason. Pure honors your original purchase price on a re-matched order, so a failed verification never costs you more than what you originally paid.
What happens if I am not matched with a new seller?
If Pure is unable to match you with a new seller after an item fails verification, you are refunded your full purchase price.
